What we do
NNK Property Ltd is a private, independent lettings company founded in 2012, providing property management services to clients in Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex and London.
We aim to provide hassle-free lettings for those looking for somewhere to call home for a minimum of six months, whilst providing home owners peace of mind.
With 10 years experience in the private lettings industry, NNK Property Ltd has a track record of providing comfortable and modern rental homes at an affordable price in Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex and London.
In these tricky economic times NNK Property have been a formidable asset to me with building the property portfolio I have always aspired to. Being a consultant based overseas, I have had the benefit of a company which is laser focused across the full property investment horizon. From strategic property identification to viewings and price negotiations and the mortgage sourcing and tenant interviewing and full property management. In 18 months, I now have a property portfolio which delivers an attractive yield, with capital growth of 25% easily so far.
I am still buying property, but on James’s recommendation, I am reviewing my strategy in view of the recent mortgage market turbulence. I look forward to rolling out this new strategy.
